Service of communion with the procession of palms and reading of the Passion narrative. The service will begin outside by the memorial garden. In case of bad weather, the service will begin just inside the front doors.

Service of morning prayer with the procession of palms and reading of the Passion story. The service will begin in the parish hall.
Maundy Thursday, April 6
St. Andrew's, Big Rapids at 6:00 pm
Ecumenical service with Immanuel Lutheran Church, First United Methodist Church, the United Church, and St Andrew's Episcopal Church. Service of communion, handwashing, and a potluck agape dinner. Please bring a dish to pass if you can. Food can be left in the parish hall before the service.

Service of communion, foot washing, and an agape dinner. The service will take place downstairs in the parish hall. Please bring a side dish to pass.
Good Friday, April 7

Service of scripture, meditation on the cross, and communion from the reserved sacrament.
Holy Saturday, April 8

You are invited to celebrate the dark wait before Easter by watching this short service of scripture and prayer for Holy Saturday. The video of the service will be posted here and on our Facebook pages in the morning on April 8. You can watch the service at any time throughout the day.
Easter Sunday, April 9
 St. Andrew's, Big Rapids at 8:00 am
We will celebrate the Great Vigil of Easter. This is an ancient liturgy that includes lighting the new fire, reading of scripture, Easter hymns, and communion celebrating the risen Christ. A children's story of Holy Week will also be read during the service.
A potluck Easter brunch in the parish hall will follow the service. Please stay to join us and bring a dish to pass if you can. All kids are invited to participate in an Easter egg hunt during the brunch!

The service will include reading of scripture, Easter hymns, and communion celebrating the risen Christ. A children's story of Holy Week will also be read during the service. A special coffee hour will follow the service.
